Should we continue working at one company despite you aren’t good at doing it or hate it?

It’s often said that “anyway continue working for three years even if you aren’t good at doing or hate it.” in Japan.

So, many people manage to do it with suffering.

Recently, Job change is in general in Japan too at last.

In the past, people who frequently change their job were thought that they aren’t able to work well and mismatched socially.

On the other hand, foreign people often change their job.

It’s said that job change is good for their career rather than keep on working at one company.

Recently it is known that job change has advantages greater than disadvantages at last and people who have opposition to the job change decreased in Japan.

I think it is a good trend.

We should have various careers, especially if you are young even more.
